SICEF C3 Career Fair 2009

Not sure what to do after graduation or which career path that matches your qualifications? Visit SICEF 2009 and find out! SICEF offers you to meet several Danish and international companies and discover your opportunities for trainee positions, student- or full time jobs, internships, thesis projects etc.  

The SICEF Career Fair takes place in Copenhagen, Øksnehallen, from the 24th to the 25th of September and in Aarhus, Ridehuset, from the 30th September to the 1st of October.

Hong Kong
Napkin Competition

For the third time, Øresund Entrepreneurship Academy is giving students a chance to realize their dreams of getting recognition for their business idea along with getting the chance to win a trip to Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks just by writing your business idea on a napkin.  

 Øresund Entrepreneurship Academy, Venture Cup Syd and Venture Cup Danmark will evaluate your idea and if you are one of the winners, you will get the opportunity to visit Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks including a week’s guided tour of the entrepreneurship environments of Hong Kong as well as the chance to establish priceless contacts.  


Win an Ipod Nano

Social networking means such as Twitter and Facebook will be used to motivate students to spread information about the Napkin competition. As an extra prize, anyone who joins Øresund Entrepreneurship Academy's Facebook group before the 1st of January, 2010 will automatically be part of the lottery for 3 iPod Nanos.

Friday Bar

It is yet again time to launch your ideas, write a good business plans or to find the perfect partner for a future business project. On the 11th of September, Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship will house the Friday Bar for all students to welcome you back from your vacations.  

You are welcome to bring an interested friend or acquaintance, and meet people already working on innovation and entrepreneurship. There will be ample of time and possibility to network with other students, professionals and educators.

Week 47 – Global Entrepreneurship Week

Denmark along with many other countries, will be focusing on entrepreneurship and growth throughout week 47. During the week there will be competitions, games and events for you, who dreams to start-up a company some day.  

 Øresund Entrepreneurship Academy will also be hosting or co-hosting some events in that week, one of which will be the award ceremony of the Hong Kong Napkin Competition. You will get more information about it close to the opening of Week 47 on http://www.uge47.dk/ 


Student Entrepreneurship Competition

Win a one-week trip to Stanford and Silicon Valley!
In collaboration with Silicon Valley startup
Younoodle and BASES at Stanford, Innovation Center Denmark is launching a competition that will let Danish students measure their entrepreneurial skills against those of Stanford in a free and open competition. The prize is a one-week Silicon Valley experience during Entrepreneurship Week at Stanford.  

The competition will be launched at a coffee-and-cake- event at Copenhagen Business School on the 21st of September at 16.00 pm. At that same event, Lars Beer Nielsen, Research attaché, will provide information on 4 upcoming internships at ICDK and you will be able to meet and chat with some of the previous interns at ICDK. A participant from the Lo-Cal Summer program will also give a small presentation on her California-experience. To learn more, please send an email to lbn@innovationcenterdenmark.com.


Entreprenörskapsdag

You are invited to a seminar where dynamism and entrepreneurship lifestyle is the focus. We have all had a good idea which could turn into something sustainable. Why has nothing ever happened? Or did it? Claes Sandvig, the project manager of Swedish Enterprise and Hanna Sigsjö entrepreneurship coordinator at Malmö University will be the speakers of the day.

Tro på dina idéer

Tro på dina idéer is a weekend course for women taking place on the 10th and 11th of October. Learn more about how to start your own business, get tips on how to find more ideas, and be inspired!

The course is open to current and recently graduated female students, regardless of study focus. The deadline for registration is the 25th of September.
