The winners of the competition "Do you know the recipe for success?" can look forward to receiving a box of organic vegetables from Aarstiderne. Both entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs are creative, innovative and enthusiastic. The number of students participating in the competition shows that the students also know which characteristics separate the two.
As an entrepreneur there is no job-security and fixed pay but there is a chance of finding just the right combination and making it big. It takes courage and the will to take risks.
As an intrapreneur, you are an employee but still innovative, and committed which is just as important in order to challenge habitual thinking and thereby to create new results.
Knowing the differences between these two types of innovators was essential for this competition.
